DC CPA CPE Requirements

Washington District of Columbia CPAs must complete 80 hours of acceptable continuing professional education during each 2-year licensing cycle. Within that total, at least 4 hours must be in professional ethics. The current renewal cycle uses a biennial January 1 to December 31 reporting period, with license renewal due December 31 of even-numbered years.
